FAQ

Q: Will my order include the CYSO patch sewn on?  I don't see the patch in the catalog images.

A: Yes, all items purchased for this campaign will include the CYSO patch sewn in a location appropriate for the item. 

 

Q: When will I get my stuff?

A: Current Campaign will expire on October 27th. Orders placed before October 27th will be batched, processed for sewing, and ready to ship on or before November 19.  If selected "in store pick-up" rather than shipping, your items will need to picked-up at the November 19th concert.    

 

Q: Will you send updates when items are shipping?
A: Yes, production will begin at the close of the campaign, and you will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.


Q: I selected pick-up, what do I need to do next to get my items?
A: Pick-up items will be ready for pick-up at the November 19th CYSO concert. You will need to show a copy of your receipt to receive your item. 


Q: I ordered the wrong size, can I return it?
A: All sales of decorated items are final. However, you can bring your item to Custom Embellishment anytime after purchase to have sewn patches removed. You will need to leave it with them for about a week, and they will let you know when it's ready to pick up. (Please contact orders@customembellishment.com). Q: Are there any other caveats I should be aware of?

A: Yes, orders are taken throughout the campaign period, and then placed in bulk at the close of the campaign.   Inventory is fluid, so it is possible that the item you ordered will be out of stock by the time the aggregated order is placed.   If this happens, you will be contacted by Custom Embellishment and offered your choice of either receiving a full refund,  waiting for the item to be stocked on backorder if stock is expected to come in soon, or selecting an alternative item.   

 

Q: How does my purchase help support CYSO?

A: Proceeds from the campaign go directly to CYSO.

 


Q: I ordered a backpack for my student and I want to have their name embroidered on it, can you help with that?
A: Yes, it would be too complicated to take personalization requests as part of the fundraising campaign, but if you bring it into Custom Embellishment, they can add names for a fee. You would need to leave it with them for about a week to have a name added.  (Please contact orders@customembellishment.com)
